Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A deposit of $50 is required when reserving an individual space for a retreat and $350 when reserving the entire retreat. (Full payment is required for workshops.) The balance is due three weeks prior to your retreat. We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, direct deposit via paypal and can receive credit card payment via paypal. We will send you a paypal invoice which will direct you to online credit card payment if you select this option. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your individual seat 30 days or more before the retreat/workshop, you will receive all of your money back. 30 days leading to the event you would receive all of your money except your deposit. Within 7 days of the event you would not receive any refunds, but you would be able to reschedule your attendance to another one of our upcoming retreats. If you find you have to cancel a reservation that you made for the "entire retreat weekend (15 spots)". You would receive all of your money back 90 days or more before the retreat. 90 days leading to the event you would receive all of your money except your deposit. Within 14 days of the event you would not receive any refunds, but you would be able to reschedule your weekend reservation to another week or open your weekend to other groups. Any sign ups that occur for that weekend would apply to your total fee and you would only be responsible for the remaining due.All cancellation requests should be made in writing, email is the best way.
